Is setup really free?
Yes, on every plan. We create your workspace, connect your operations inbox and set up your document templates with you.
What does free migration include?
Send us an Excel or CSV export of your open shipments and customers, and your document templates. We load them and check everything with you before you switch.
How is billing handled?
Plans are a monthly subscription charged automatically to your saved payment method. The invoice is emailed to your billing address every month.
Can I add users later?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of users; every additional user is $19.99 per month.
